SXDJ Motor Comprehensive Test System
The SXDJ Motor Comprehensive Test System is designed to provide centralized testing for AC motors, DC motors and variable-frequency motors. It covers motor capacities of 0–10,000 kW and voltage levels of 0–10 kV. The system is intended for use in motor manufacturing and for verification testing after repair.
Comprehensive Testing
The system covers multiple categories of motor testing. For electrical measurements, it can perform cold resistance measurement, no-load loss and no-load current measurement, as well as three-phase or single-phase voltage and average voltage measurement.
Withstand and insulation-related tests include inter-turn withstand voltage testing for high- and low-voltage motors, power-frequency withstand voltage testing and insulation resistance measurement. The system also supports vibration measurement, temperature measurement, temperature-rise testing and load testing.
Integrated System Design
The system combines an industrial computer with a test power supply system and test control system. Sensors and signal conditioning modules are integrated with data acquisition hardware and software for measurement signal collection. Numerical calculation and processing software is used together with graphical display and operation software to support the testing process.
Test report generation software is included for documentation. Waveforms and measurement results can also be stored and printed, providing a way to retain test information for later reference.
